New Orleans Singer songwriter Ned Henry is recording a new EP at Blue Velvet Studio NOLA. His songs are influenced by the narrative songwriting of Mark Knopfler, Robert Earl Keen, Bill Morrisey and 70’s era Jimmy Buffet. “I like songs about sunsets and empty beach roads. I like to mourn the passing of something that probably was never there in the first place, like Ray Davies of the Kinks did in “The Village Green Preservation Society.”

Musicians on the project include Ned Henry on Guitar, Ukulele and Vocals, Jacob Tanner on Dobro, Casey McAllister on Keys (Hurray for the Riff Raff), James Clarke on Drums, Jeff Benninato on Bass (The dB’s), Alexis Marceaux on harmony vocals(Sweet Crude and Alexis and the Samurai) and Graham Robinson on stand up Bass.
